Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions within an acute inpatient environment
• Support discharge planning and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
• Promote independence and functional recovery for patients

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in acute inpatient care
• Strong understanding of discharge pathways and admission avoidance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
