Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions across acute medical wards
• Support discharge planning and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
• Promote independence and functional recovery for patients with complex medical needs

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in acute inpatient care, ideally across medicine, endocrine, respiratory, and renal specialties
• Strong understanding of discharge pathways and admission avoidance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
