Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health

Responsibilities

• Assess the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient
• Develop an appropriate treatment plan for each patient
• Update and modify treatment plans on an ongoing basis
• Recognize when patient protocols or treatment plans need modification and report to the physician
• Prepare and maintain records with accuracy and discretion

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current and unrestricted CA OT license or ability to apply
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Home Health experience
