Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans tailored to developmental and functional needs
• Provide in-person, clinic-based therapy addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, self-care, visual-motor integration, executive functioning, and play
• Complete accurate documentation including daily session notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries
• Communicate with families and collaborate with other treating therapists to support coordinated care

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Maryland OTR/L license in good standing
• Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload without supervision
• After-school availability from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, up to four days per week
• Maintain a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 24 clinic-based billable hours per week
