Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Function as an active member of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Plan and conduct therapeutic groups within the Hearnes Acute Rehabilitation Program.
• Complete Occupational Therapy assessments and consultations for clients with sensory integration, complex medical needs, and disabilities.
• Perform case management and maintain all required program and department documentation.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Missouri.

Preferred Qualifications

• Training and/or experience working with individuals dually diagnosed with developmental disabilities and serious mental illnesses.
