Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs
• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services within a skilled nursing environment
• Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams on treatment goals and discharge planning
• Meet productivity standards and support departmental goals
• Participate in facility and community programs as appropriate

Requirements

• Current Montana Occupational Therapist (OT) license (or ability to obtain before hire date)
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Current BLS HCP CPR certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new clinical systems
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills
