Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality functional assessments using a restorative or rehabilitation focused approach
• Recommend and coordinate equipment and adaptations
• Set clear, meaningful goals with service users
• Work effectively under pressure to achieve positive outcomes in a timely manner
• Engage collaboratively with Reablement Support Workers and wider MDT
• Travel across the city

Requirements

• Experience of a rehabilitation / restorative approach
• Strong knowledge of equipment, adaptations, and reablement pathways
• Confident planning, prioritisation, and delivering work within tight timeframes
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Car driver with business insurance
