About the role
Responsibilities
- Screen incoming Occupational Therapy referrals via initial telephone assessments
- Order minor equipment following assessments, such as toilet frames and commodes
- Conduct risk assessments
- Provide telephone-based initial assessments
- Perform home visits as necessary
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC)
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
- Recent social services experience
- Duty experience
- Full UK driving license
- Legal right to work in the UK
