Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using clinical observations and standardized tools
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans to enhance daily functional abilities
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
• Maintain accurate, timely records of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
• Advocate for clients to access essential community resources and accommodations

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or current license eligibility
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary communication skills
• Ability to safely lift and assist patients and stand for extended periods
