About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and professional oversight to Occupational Therapists across multiple units
- Support service development and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to therapy staff
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Significant post-qualification experience, including leadership or senior clinical responsibilities
- Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work regionally across multiple services
