About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop occupational therapy plans of care based on complete assessments
- Integrate occupational therapy into the Home Health plan of care
- Coordinate services with other team members involved in the plan of care
- Evaluate Medicare Hospice patients for palliation of symptoms affecting activities of daily living
- Assess structural environmental or equipment needs for patients
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Current license in the State of Washington
- Current CPR card
- Two years of experience in a health care setting
- Valid WA State Driver’s License
- Access to reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with geriatrics
- Experience with Medicare
- Experience with home health
