Occupational Therapist Instructor

Responsibilities

• Provide practical guidance for occupational therapists undergoing the recognition process
• Plan, document, and conduct practical training units
• Support professional integration and daily work life in Germany
• Collaborate closely with site management, mentors, and lecturers
• Promote technical, linguistic, and social competencies of participants
• Contribute to the further development of the recognition program

Requirements

• Completed training as an occupational therapist
• Intercultural sensitivity and enjoyment of working with people from diverse backgrounds
• German language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
• Organizational skills, empathy, and strong communication
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient occupational therapy (desirable)
• Experience in instructing trainees or recognition candidates (desirable)
• Availability for part-time work
