Occupational Therapist Inpatient

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations and document findings in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, and department standards.
• Develop, revise, and document individualized goals and treatment plans for patients throughout their episode of care.
• Advocate for and actively participate in the development of disciplinary and interdisciplinary team members.
• Manage the entire department caseload with personal adaptability, flexibility, and timeliness.
• Maintain responsibility for accurate and thorough patient charging as part of daily charting.
• Meet individual performance goals and adhere to all department expectations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (or equivalent AHA-credentialed course) within 30 days of hire.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of growth and development across diverse age and multicultural populations.
