About the role
Responsibilities
- Support patients in learning and regaining independence in daily activities such as dressing, eating, personal hygiene, or household management
- Work specifically on improving motor, cognitive, and sensorimotor skills tailored to patient needs
- Advise on suitable aids, ergonomic measures, and environmental adjustments to support daily life
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments, document findings, and participate in goal setting and evaluation
- Actively participate in the adaptation course for professional recognition and implement learned skills in practice
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in occupational therapy (from Germany or abroad)
- German language certificate at minimum B1 level
- Deficit notice from the Münster district government (or willingness to apply for it with company support)
- Reliable, discreet, and team-oriented work style
- Structured and self-organized approach to tasks
- Motivation to develop professionally and linguistically
