Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
• Create and modify treatment programs to meet specific patient needs
• Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment
• Document patient progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers
• Assess workplace ergonomics and recommend modifications

Requirements

• Graduate degree from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program
• Current state license to practice as an occupational or physical therapist in the US
• Current CPR certification

• Base salary range of $85,000-$100,000
