Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver direct patient care using evidence-based interventions and protocols
• Document assessment findings, treatment progress, and patient instructions accurately
• Develop written plans of care and establish measurable goals
• Implement individualized treatment programs including therapeutic activities and adaptive equipment
• Maintain effective communication with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, progress notes, and discharge plans

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
• Current Georgia state OT license
• CPR certification
• Skills in exercise, sports rehab, and manual therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for orthopedics
• Experience in acute care settings
