Occupational Therapist - Adult Care

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy in hospital discharge, rehab, and reablement settings
• Deliver double-handed care to ensure client safety and comfort
• Recommend equipment to enhance client independence and quality of life
• Apply moving and handling expertise to support clients with mobility challenges
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective service delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration
• Full UK driving license
• Legal right to work in the UK
