Occupational Safety Technician

Responsibilities

• Elaborate EHS control matrix reports regarding legal aspects, processes, and people
• Manage Health and Safety systems in large-scale construction projects
• Assist Construction Managers in implementing on-site HS procedures
• Ensure work methods comply with legal requirements, company standards, and contractor safety manuals
• Verify training and competence for site teams and subcontractors
• Execute monthly EHS activities, KPIs, and daily/weekly/monthly service reports
• Develop HSE plans and support execution incorporating OSHA standards

Requirements

• Technical degree in Occupational Safety (Segurança do Trabalho)
• Availability to work the night shift
• Relevant experience in occupational safety, health, and environment within infrastructure, energy, or project operations
• Proficiency with MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and gap assessment skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 14001/45001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification
• English proficiency for reading and writing
