About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect activities to ensure conditions that eliminate or minimize work accident risks
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
- Provide technical reports regarding existing environmental risks and mitigation measures
- Inform workers about activity risks and neutralization measures
- Analyze work methods and processes to identify risk factors for accidents and occupational diseases
- Execute safety and hygiene procedures and evaluate results
- Implement accident and occupational disease prevention programs
- Promote safety debates, meetings, campaigns, and training sessions
- Create and submit documentation, statistical data, and performance analysis to managers
Requirements
- Experience with transmission lines and electrical substations
- Knowledge of PPRA and PCMSO
- Experience in creating and maintaining Emergency Plans
