Occupational Safety Technician

Responsibilities

• Identify and prevent risks by performing workplace inspections and proposing corrective actions
• Support the management of legal programs including PGR, PPP, and PCMSO
• Control and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (EPIs) to ensure legal compliance
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to analyze root causes and track corrective measures
• Conduct safety training, onboarding, and educational awareness campaigns
• Support CIPA activities and assist in organizing SIPAT events
• Prepare technical reports and monitor safety indicators for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in Occupational Safety (Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho)
• Intermediate or advanced English skills for meetings and training
• Previous experience in occupational safety within an industrial environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work onsite in Suzano, SP, from Monday to Friday
