Occupational Safety Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on project documentation
• Execute administrative and operational routines to solve medium-complexity problems
• Maintain updated information, controls, and organized documentation for the area
• Ensure compliance with national and international occupational safety and medicine legislation
• Enforce internal standards and procedures regarding quality, safety, environment, and preventive medicine
• Implement and monitor proactive HSE indicators on construction sites
• Execute safety standards for construction, expansion, and renovation projects, including oversight of third parties
• Verify and evaluate mandatory manuals and documents for machinery and equipment

Requirements

• Complete Technical Degree in Occupational Safety
• Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and active professional class registration
• Mastery of programs and reports including PGR, PCMSO, PPCI, LTCAT, and CIPA
• Proficiency in Safety Standards (NRs), specifically NR06, NR18, NR11, NR01, NR05, NR07, NR09, NR15, and NR16
• Strong knowledge of legislation applied to occupational safety
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data control
