About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate risks in construction sites, including falls, electrical shocks, and chemical contamination
- Analyze, develop, and supervise the implementation of SMS (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites and advanced service fronts
- Provide training and orientation to workers on safe practices, PPE usage, and emergency procedures
- Investigate workplace accidents to identify causes and propose corrective measures
- Prepare technical reports, risk maps, and safety plans
- Monitor safety indicators such as accident frequency and severity rates
- Elaborate Risk Analysis (APR) and Work Permits (PT)
- Organize and participate in CIPA meetings
Requirements
- Technical course in Occupational Safety, Building Construction, Mechanics, or related areas
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Experience in import works (carbon steel and HDPE)
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) related to civil construction and safety
- Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)
- Extension course in the area of Occupational Safety
- Driver's license category B
- Proficiency in using IT resources (computer/mobile) for reporting
- Ability to identify risks in environments involving welding, excavation, and work at heights
