Occupational Safety Technical Auditor

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate risks in construction sites, including falls, electrical shocks, and chemical contamination
• Analyze, develop, and supervise the implementation of SMS (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites and advanced service fronts
• Provide training and orientation to workers on safe practices, PPE usage, and emergency procedures
• Investigate workplace accidents to identify causes and propose corrective measures
• Prepare technical reports, risk maps, and safety plans
• Monitor safety indicators such as accident frequency and severity rates
• Elaborate Risk Analysis (APR) and Work Permits (PT)
• Organize and participate in CIPA meetings

Requirements

• Technical course in Occupational Safety, Building Construction, Mechanics, or related areas
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in import works (carbon steel and HDPE)
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) related to civil construction and safety
• Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)
• Extension course in the area of Occupational Safety
• Driver's license category B
• Proficiency in using IT resources (computer/mobile) for reporting
• Ability to identify risks in environments involving welding, excavation, and work at heights
