Occupational Safety Technical Auditor

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate risks in construction sites, including falls, electrical shocks, and chemical contamination
• Analyze, develop, and oversee the implementation of SMS (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites and advanced service fronts
• Provide safety training and orientations to workers, including PPE usage and emergency procedures
• Investigate workplace accidents to identify causes and propose corrective measures
• Prepare technical reports, risk maps, and safety plans
• Monitor safety indicators such as accident frequency and severity rates
• Elaborate Risk Analysis (APR) and Work Permits (PT)
• Organize and participate in CIPA meetings

Requirements

• Technical degree in Occupational Safety, Building Construction, Mechanics, or related fields
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in import works involving carbon steel and HDPE
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) related to civil construction and occupational safety
• Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Proficiency in using computer and mobile resources for reporting
• Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
