About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and audit legal SST programs, occupational hygiene, and environmental assessments
- Conduct internal and external audits, accident investigations, and KPI management
- Manage SESMT, CIPA, SIPAT, Emergency Brigade, and emergency plans
- Apply regulatory standards NR 10, 12, 18, 22, 32, 33, and 35
- Prepare technical safety documents such as PGR
- Monitor third-party documentation for works and infrastructure
- Supervise construction teams to prevent accidents and ensure PPE compliance
- Support LEED certification and related environmental programs
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety
- Proven experience in managing and inspecting large-scale industrial construction sites
- Experience defining and monitoring health and safety KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multidisciplinary team coordination skills
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile
