Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of care coordination for injured workers, including accompanying them to medical appointments and navigating treatment options
- Establish and maintain a project panel of physicians and occupational health providers
- Administer the claims and care process for onsite injuries
- Lead thorough incident investigations alongside the project safety team
- Track incident data and claim trends to identify patterns and drive proactive improvements
- Maintain professional communication with local, regional, and company leadership regarding claim status
- Act as an on-the-ground resource for risk management policies and safety best practices
Requirements
- 2–4 years of construction safety experience, including onsite claims handling
- Familiarity with OSHA 29 CFR 1904 Subpart C
- Excellent people skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management technologies
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to project sites within a three-hour radius
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
