Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze accident data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Perform risk assessments and propose preventive actions for management approval
• Collaborate with health surveillance services regarding worker health reviews
• Assist in the development of emergency plans, self-protection plans, and drills
• Propose, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety training plans
• Prepare annual preventive plans and reports, ensuring execution and reporting results to management
• Review and evaluate applicable legal requirements within the management scope
• Provide support and advice on business activity coordination obligations
• Participate in tender and procurement processes to ensure legal and technical compliance
• Maintain and update the Management System and perform internal audits
• Manage the Coordinaqua platform and ensure legislative updates are reflected in documentation

Requirements

• Possession of 3 PRL specialties: Work Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics/Psychosociology
• Technical or Engineering degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluency in Catalan and English
• Valid driver's license
