Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

Responsibilities

• Coordinate occupational risk prevention management in the Bizkaia area for maintenance contracts and installation works
• Prepare risk assessments and propose preventive and corrective actions
• Monitor the implementation of actions to improve working conditions
• Collaborate in the preparation of annual preventive plans and reports
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions
• Coordinate with external prevention services regarding health surveillance
• Propose and monitor health and safety training plans
• Supervise Business Activity Coordination (CAE) for clients and collaborators
• Participate in preventive culture projects and ISO 45001 audits
• Elaborate and monitor Health and Safety Plans for assigned works
• Collaborate in the development of emergency and self-protection plans

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Psychosociology)
• Technical degree in Engineering, Architecture, or similar
• At least 5 years of experience as an OHS Technician in industrial and construction environments
• Proficiency in office tools and safety management applications (CAE, risk assessments)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication, teamwork, and autonomous management skills
