Occupational Risk Prevention Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the application of Health and Safety regulations across all organizational processes and departments.
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of prevention plans and maintain the Integrated Management System (SIG) in alignment with Group requirements.
• Conduct rigorous monitoring of monthly preventive planning, including the registration and follow-up of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
• Manage and coordinate internal health and safety activities, including health surveillance, specific safety training, emergency drills, accident analysis, and PPE distribution.
• Lead safety audits and maintain key certifications such as FSC, Ecolabel, and PEFC.
• Manage the CAE platform for tracking external personnel and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the achievement of corporate environmental objectives and the chain of custody performance.

Requirements

• Mandatory residency in the Girona province (work location is Flaçà).
• University Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is required; specialization in Industrial Hygiene, Work Safety, and Ergonomics/Psychosociology is highly valued.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the described occupational health and safety functions.
• Proven knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; experience with ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English to facilitate communication with the Hamelin Brands Group.
• Experience in an industrial environment and conducting internal/external audits.
