Occupational Physician

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory medical follow-up for employees to guarantee their health and safety
• Promote a culture of professional risk prevention and initiate innovative prevention actions
• Develop and coordinate field actions to reduce or eliminate existing occupational risks
• Advise management and EHS teams on work organization, living conditions, and workstation adaptation
• Lead or contribute to prospective projects regarding emerging occupational health issues
• Supervise and support occupational health nurses in your sector to foster their professional development
• Actively participate in the CSST to improve working conditions and strengthen safety

Requirements

• Registered with the Conseil National de l’Ordre des Médecins
• Specialization in Occupational Medicine (CES, DES)
• Solid expertise in professional risk prevention and regulatory medical follow-up
• Proven experience in project management and team management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital health tools (e.g., Préventiel/uEgar)
• Proficiency in English for professional communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an autonomous service (service autonome)
