Occupational Health & Safety Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement the national Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) policy and support operational teams
• Provide methodological and documentary support to managers and regional OHS relays
• Develop and update OHS tools including risk assessments (DUERP), matrices, and procedures
• Support internal, regulatory, and corporate audits and follow up on action plans
• Ensure regulatory monitoring and compliance of practices and tools
• Structure and analyze national OHS indicators (accident rates, compliance, training)
• Produce OHS reporting for Management and Corporate entities
• Identify major risks and propose national improvement axes
• Promote a prevention culture through awareness campaigns and educational materials

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety / HSE
• Experience in multi-site environments
• Proficiency in cross-functional project management
• Ability to analyze data and formulate concrete recommendations
• Knowledge of OHS management systems (ISO 45001 or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to act as a business partner
• Ability to animate networks and unite diverse stakeholders
