Occupational Health Nurse

Responsibilities

• Organize regulatory medical visits and perform complementary examinations in collaboration with occupational physicians
• Provide immediate care and intervention for employees in emergency situations following strict professional protocols
• Manage workplace accidents and maintain medical stocks, including medications and equipment
• Participate in workstation studies alongside occupational physicians and ergonomists
• Contribute to the development of the Health and Prevention Service by creating protocols and improving practices
• Support prevention days, vaccination campaigns, and blood donation drives
• Coordinate with various departments including engineering, maintenance, quality, and human resources

Requirements

• State Diploma in Nursing (Diplôme d’état d’infirmier)
• Qualification in Occupational Health (DIUST, Licence, or equivalent)
• 1-2 years of professional experience in occupational health or emergency/critical care management
• Ability to work in a 2x8 shift rotation (alternating morning and afternoon)
• Strong sense of organization, reactivity, and autonomy
• Ability to maintain strict professional secrecy and empathy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience working within an industrial environment
