Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (Senior)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS interface for Boeing Global Services MRO operations in San Antonio
• Plan and conduct health and safety audits to ensure company and OSHA compliance
• Support production operations by identifying and mitigating risks throughout aircraft modification schedules
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver safety and health training programs
• Participate in incident investigations, inspections, and corrective action tracking
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership
• Evaluate the impact of emerging regulations and legislation on company operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Proficiency in hazard recognition, evaluation, and control
• Strong technical report writing and analytical skills
• Experience in project management for occupational safety programs
• Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification
• 5+ years of industrial safety experience
• Experience working in aerospace or MRO environments
• Experience with aircraft operations
• Experience codifying regulatory requirements into written procedures
