About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and standardize Occupational Health and Safety (SHE) management processes to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and Unilever corporate standards.
  • Lead and support the digitalization of SHE processes, including inspections, checklists, work permits, and operational controls.
  • Administer digital safety systems and databases, ensuring data quality, traceability, and governance.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze safety performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support internal and external audits by managing non-conformities, action plans, and necessary evidence.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, and corporate departments to strengthen safety culture and technical training.

Requirements

  • Technical training in Occupational Safety with an active professional registration.
  • University degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related fields).
  • Proven experience with Occupational Health and Safety (SHE) Management Systems.
  • Solid knowledge of Regulatory Norms (NRs) and legal requirement management.
  • Experience with audits and action management.
  • Experience with process digitalization and performance indicators.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate.
  • Intermediate English skills.
