OBT Master Data

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of master data within key Stellantis systems
• Manage master data update requests and direct them to the correct contacts
• Maintain OBT master data processes to support data quality
• Develop and document processes with functional data managers to support continuous maintenance
• Provide assistance in resolving data quality issues
• Update master data training documentation
• Promote continuous improvement of master data troubleshooting processes
• Participate in remote "war rooms" for various markets to collect troubleshooting feedback
• Assist in training and implementing data ownership standards and guidelines
• Ensure OBT troubleshooting is followed by Stellantis operations
• Update PowerBI data analysis in collaboration with the IT team

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of logistics
• Ability to work with complex datasets in integrated environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Eliade and Eole
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Experience with OBT and end-to-end outbound processes
• Experience with PO/Rate ticket management
• Stakeholder coordination skills
