About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of obstetric ultrasound examinations to a high clinical standard
- Undertake general ultrasound scans where required
- Accurately report findings and make appropriate referrals
- Contribute to the delivery of a professional and efficient ultrasound service
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
- Proven experience in obstetrics scanning
- General ultrasound experience is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
