About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care through inpatient and outpatient medical management
- Perform administrative duties as Assistant Medical Director
- Support educational responsibilities within the academic environment
- Lead a collaborative care practice of midwives and OB/GYNs
- Participate in required on-call rotations
Requirements
- Graduation from an ACGME accredited medical school
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team of midwives
- Valid CT Medical License or ability to obtain one
- Previous leadership experience
