Obstetrics & Gynae Sonographer

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general ultrasound scans to support diagnosis and treatment
• Operate advanced ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images and detailed reporting
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Adhere to established protocols and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to department quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
• Postgraduate diploma in Medical Ultrasound
• Current HCPC registration
• Extensive experience in Obs & Gynae ultrasound imaging
• Proficiency in operating advanced ultrasound equipment
• Knowledge of ultrasound safety standards and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Private Clinic setting
• 3D/4D scanning experience
• General ultrasound scan experience
