About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform specialist ultrasound scans including obstetric, gynaecological, and general imaging
- Interpret imaging results and assist in diagnostic procedures
- Provide specialist advice to clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with UKAS accreditation standards
- Perform fetal monitoring and pelvic scans
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Degree in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent
- Extensive experience in obstetric, gynaecological, and general ultrasound imaging
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
