About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, including gynecological surgery
- Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with CNM support and PRN coverage
- Work with a comprehensive care team including LCSWs, lactation, and education specialists
- Leverage integrated tech platforms for patient engagement and efficiency
- Utilize continuing education and CME allowance for professional growth
Requirements
- Board certified or eligible in obstetrics/gynecology
- Active DEA license and ability to be licensed to practice by start date
- Experience working effectively in a collaborative OB/CNM practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centered approach with commitment to shared decision making and holistic care
