Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care to women across the lifespan
• Perform gynecological surgery in the office and at partner hospital facilities
• Manage agreed number of 24-hr call shifts as part of the laborist service, serving as backup to Certified Nurse Midwives
• Collaborate and consult with other care team members to ensure exceptional patient care
• Ensure strong communication and coordination with clinical and non-clinical team members
• Complete all required documentation accurately, timely, and thoroughly
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement programs

Requirements

• Board certified or eligible in obstetrics/gynecology
• Licensed to practice in Texas
• Active DEA license
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative OB/CNM practice
• Patient-centered approach valuing shared decision making and holistic care
• Ability to be within 30 minutes of the hospital during call shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience
