Obstetrician-Gynecologist

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive obstetric care including antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
• Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures, addressing conditions ranging from benign to complex
• Provide diagnosis and treatment of gynecological disorders and cancers
• Conduct routine screenings and preventative health care consultations for women
• Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient management
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all clinical governance standards
• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical research initiatives

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD/DO) with Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid and active medical license to practice
• Minimum of 5 years post-certification clinical experience as a Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist
• Proven expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecological cases
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and professional ethics
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Fluency in English
