Responsibilities

• Perform entry control actions and physical oversight of construction personnel and equipment at Offutt Air Force Base
• Maintain continuous knowledge of the location of all employees under control
• Ensure adequate observation of pedestrian construction personnel, vehicles, and specialty equipment
• Assist with construction zone badge issuance and access control
• Adhere to Privacy Act and Operations Security (OPSEC) principles to protect critical information
• Conduct "Stop & Question" procedures in closed or locked areas to prevent criminal activity
• Construct and write clear, concise, and accurate detailed reports as required

Requirements

• Active TS Clearance
• At least 2 years of experience in construction security surveillance, technical surveillance countermeasures, industrial/government security, or supervisory construction
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid state-issued driver’s license or permit
• Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English
• Ability to maintain poise and self-control under stress
• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
