Responsibilities

• Independent planning of transport infrastructure engineering structures in HOAI service phases 1–6
• Development of technical solutions for bridges, retaining structures, culverts, and pedestrian underpasses
• Creation, coordination, and quality assurance of planning documents in interdisciplinary infrastructure projects
• Technical coordination with clients, authorities, experts, and internal/external planning partners
• Interface coordination with disciplines such as traffic systems, railway equipment, environmental planning, surveying, and structural engineering
• Participation in variant investigations, feasibility studies, and technical optimization of infrastructure measures
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant project processing
• Support in the preparation of tender documents and technical reports

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in planning engineering structures, ideally in transport infrastructure
• Sound knowledge of object planning and relevant planning processes/HOAI phases
• Knowledge of special foundation engineering and geotechnics is an advantage
• Familiarity with relevant German and European standards, regulations, and guidelines
• Strong communication and coordination skills for interacting with various project stakeholders
• Very good German language skills and good English skills

• Experience in handling complex infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of special foundation engineering and geotechnics
