Responsibilities

• Leadership of all employees deployed within the area of responsibility
• Monitoring service processes and ensuring compliance with service instructions and security regulations
• Creation of reports, damage notifications, and other documentation
• Organization of maintenance and care for all devices and equipment
• Planning and organization of training and further education
• Implementation of quality assurance measures for security services
• Ensuring professional appearance and conduct of all employees
• Performance control for patrol services in external locations
• Providing operational support in all positions when necessary

Requirements

• Completed qualification as Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit (FKSS) or Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft (GSSK)
• Initial experience in personnel leadership (at least 5 employees)
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems
• Very good German skills (min. B2)
• Good English skills (min. B1)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Confident, empathetic, and service-oriented demeanor
• High level of resilience and responsibility
