Object Manager

Responsibilities

• Organizational, operational, and economic responsibility for assigned clients and employees
• Management and further development of existing customers
• Market observation and new customer acquisition in cooperation with supervisors
• Advising clients on all security and service matters
• Continuous optimization of services and internal operational processes
• Disciplinary leadership, support, control, and management of a team of approximately 50 security employees, including shift planning

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (Matura or degree)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Experience in employee leadership and customer care, ideally with sales responsibilities
• Economic understanding
• Excellent German and English skills
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Competent appearance and strong communication skills
• Good PC user skills and interest in technology
