Object Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employees
• Ensure contractual services are delivered to clients
• Continuously adapt and document cleaning and service records
• Optimize object-related revenue and costs
• Manage deployment planning, control, and ensuring scheduled times
• Responsible for material, machine, and employee disposition
• Handle payroll documentation relevant to billing

Requirements

• Training as a building cleaner or advanced training as an object manager
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Basic commercial knowledge
• Experience in leadership roles
• Customer and service orientation with strong communication skills
• Driver's license and MS Office proficiency
• Experience in healthcare or facility management is preferred
