OB/GYN Physician

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic care with emphasis on preventive wellness, screenings, and diagnosis of women’s health conditions
• Participate in a 1:8 call rotation supported by a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Maintain a clinical schedule of 8 patient sessions per week
• Mentor multidisciplinary care teams on best practices, protocols, and patient service excellence
• Leverage advanced technologies and evidence-based practices to elevate clinical quality and patient experience
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance

Requirements

• Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Maryland medical license preferred
• Exceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication abilities with patients and colleagues
• Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient-centered care
• Open to both newly trained and experienced OB/GYN physicians
