O365 Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for critical incidents involving access, connectivity, and authentication within the M365 ecosystem.
• Manage identity and cloud environments using Azure (Microsoft Entra ID), including conditional access policies, MFA, and hybrid synchronization.
• Administer messaging infrastructure, mailboxes, and SharePoint Online site configurations and permissions.
• Automate daily tasks and cloud deployments using PowerShell scripting.
• Manage the identity lifecycle through ADConnect and MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager) to ensure seamless provisioning between local and cloud environments.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in advanced technical support or M365 systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure (Entra ID / IAM) and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and PowerShell management.
• Experience working with ITSM and ticketing tools while adhering to response time SLAs.
• University degree or higher technical qualification in IT or Communications.
