O2C Data & Business Analytics Expert

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance interactive analytical frameworks through standard dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor process efficiencies and adherence.
• Translate business needs into Power BI visualizations and draft user stories for developers.
• Implement data governance strategies to maintain data quality, classification, privacy, and compliance.
• Provide first-level analysis and actionable insights to Global Process leads and Hub teams.
• Manage and maintain high-quality master and reference data across various systems and applications.
• Train and democratize data usage within the organization to ensure deep understanding and adoption.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Analytics or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI is critical.
• Solid knowledge of SAP is a must.
• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is required.
• Strong knowledge of customer master data, order management, or claims management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
