O2C Billing - Senior Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices, manage orders, and handle contract management
• Analyze and interpret client contracts to ensure accurate billing in alignment with pricing books
• Support the team in managing and improving DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and Days to Bill
• Submit timely Credit and Debit Note requests for clients
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps for all workflows
• Proactively manage client queries through centralized email communication
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and turnaround time for all financial transactions
• Ensure a complete and accurate flow of invoicing to optimize cash flow and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

• Commerce Graduate or Postgraduate degree
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer billing processes
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practical application
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international clients
• Ability to work in shifts and meet strict deadlines
